RJ magazine - insights in to luxury Rajasthan

From October 10th 2010 Wire will be launching RJ Magazine - our guide to the dreamiest places in India's incredible state. The magazine will be available to read online through the Wire website, or alternatively printed versions will be available to order through HP's innovative MagCloud service.

RJ Magazine will feature the best in luxury travel and holidays around the state, focussing exclusively on Rajasthan. From hip and trendy hotels to heritage stays, from fine dining to active lifestyles, RJ was established to be a definitive and insightful source when it comes to the opulent and adventurous side of Rajasthan. Each edition will feature news and views both in editorial, but also in the words of some of the key players on the luxury travel scene here.

The first edition covers Bundi and Nagaur, two less well-known locations in Rajasthan as well as a focus on iconic heritage hotel Deogarh Mahal as well as a relative newcomer, Kempinski's the Leela Palace in Udaipur.

Regular features will include news, viewpoints, culture, fashion, art, shopping and lifestyle as well bringing you the latest on all that is lavish and opulent from around the state.

The name 'RJ' is derived from the abbreviated form of Rajasthan, used for official purposes and most commonly seen on local vehicle license plates - all of which begin with the letters RJ.

Initially the magazine will run as a quarterly publication although this may change to bi-monthly by mid-2011.
